Exchange Policy‼️
At Florist Apparel, we do not offer refunds once a parcel has been delivered. However, we do accommodate exchanges strictly under specific conditions. Exchanges will only be accepted:
- If the product is received in a damaged or defective condition
- If the size received is different from the one ordered
- If the design delivered does not match the one displayed or confirmed at the time of purchase.
Exchange policy is valid for 5–6 days of receiving the parcel. The item must also be sent back within this timeframe. Requests made after this period will not be entertained under any circumstances. For exchange parcels, the brand will cover the delivery charges for one side, while the customer is kindly requested to bear the charges for the other side.
Additionally, the returned product must be in its original condition or as received:“unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged”
Any item that does not meet these criteria will not be eligible for exchange.
We strongly encourage our customers to:
- take accurate body measurements before placing an order
- thoroughly review the design and fabric details provided in the product post on page
- Confirm both the product name and size clearly when placing an order.
Please note that exchanges will not be processed for reasons such as a change of mind or dissatisfaction with design, color or fabric preferences if the correct product was delivered as per the order.
As with all reputable brands, we adhere to clearly defined policies to ensure transparency, fairness, and consistency in our customer service. All customers are treated equally, and exceptions to our policy are not permitted under any circumstances for any customer.
